| Deposits |
| A Security Deposit of $500 is required to confirm a reservation.
Please note Security Deposits can not be applied to the total due. All deposits
will be retained until check out is completed, all keys are accounted for, and
the property has been cleaned and inspected by our professional team. If paid
by credit card, Security Deposits will be credited to credit card within one
business day of housekeeping and inspection. If paid by cashier’s check or
travelers check, refund will be mailed within 3 business days of housekeeping
and inspection. Cleaning and housekeeping fees will be deducted from Security

| Payments |
We accept cash, traveler’s checks, cashier checks, money orders
and most major credit cards. Registrations done online are settled same-time.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
All cancellations will incur a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations in less
than 30 days notice prior to check in, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. A
“no-show” will automatically result in forfeit of rents and deposits collected.
Cancellations made 60 days or more 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. Top

| Check In Procedure |
|
Standard check in time is 3:00pm. Please call toll free 1-877-281-1685 or email
reservations@vacation-bend.com to arrange an early check in time. Top

| Check Out Procedure |
|
Standard check out time is before 12:00 noon. Upon check out, please leave home
in the same condition as when you arrived. Reinsert keys into lockbox, and make
sure garbage is bagged and placed outside in trash cans. Failure to comply may
result in deductions from security deposit. Non-returned keys will incur a
$10.00 fee per key. Top

| Security and Occupancy |
When you rent the unit, you assume full responsibility for it and its contents,
as well as your personal property. Always lock doors and windows when you check
out. Lock your automobiles and put away any equipment. Any use of rented
equipment by guests is strictly at own risk.
Agreement is restricted to the number of occupants stated at registration. Any
use of the home other than strictly family vacation purposes is restricted.
Weddings, receptions, parties or functions held on the property are not
permitted.
The property is designated as non-smoking and does not allow pets. Top

| Telephone |
|
The property is equipped with telephones for your convenience and safety. Phone
line has long distance blocks which cannot be removed and require a calling
card to make long distance calls. Top

| Responsibility |
DUB Properties, LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, irregularity or
delay. DUB Properties LLC reserves the right to make any changes or alterations
as deemed necessary. Top
